Beginner’s Meditation and Yoga to Enhance Your Day

Presented by Naama Pozniak, CEO of A+ Insurance Service, and Lauren Pasas, Yoga Therapist, Instructor and Breathwork Facilitator

If you ever wanted to find ways to reduce stress and feel happier, please join this unique session for a guided meditation and a very light beginner’s yoga practice.

No sweating is involved; this will be a restorative session and allows you to start the day with a different energy. Chair yoga will be available to accommodate all needs. We do recommend comfortable clothing for ease of movement.

This 45-minute session is an opportunity to open your conference experience in a very mindful way. Previous attendees have called these sessions “life changing.” 

Whoever joins us will leave the session with their new practices and a new yoga mat*! After a wild night with our NAHU family, there’s no better way to start your day… with positive energy and a new outlook on life.
